“When you pay attention to the beginning of the story, you can change the whole story.”

For every child, early moments matter. Multiple researches suggest that 90% of a child’s brain development happens before the age of 5. It is important for you as a parent to be conscious of how you respond to your baby in these early years while taking care of your own wellbeing. The challenges and confusions after delivery can be overwhelming for parents as they transition into learning to cater for their baby. With this program, we aim to help you understand and fulfill your child’s emotional needs along with their physical needs to create a strong foundation of bonding with your child. We also help you process and cope with physical, mental and emotional challenges that you may face as individuals in this phase of your journey.
